CAPSIL Strategy

This chapter will begin by summarising the key gaps discussed in the previous chapters and specific recommendations for overcoming these gaps. Then the focus will be on the cross cutting problems that have appeared systemically throughout all of the CAPSIL analysis.
In section 3 we outline a possible roadmap for the EU, the US, and Japan to collaborate on solutions to the higher-level issues of Technology, Policy, Validation and Dissemination.
It should be emphasised that the CAPSIL roadmap will focus on this environment for innovation not a prescription for a technological path.
